Stakeout Breakdown: Shades of Gray

After spending an amazingly indecisive half-hour picking out nail colors, myself and my two besties all ended up with lovely shades of gray, from gleamy "new car" pewter to a rich golden greige. While we've been talking up, and searching out, the perfect hunter green (this year's navy blue!) for fall, the end of August has us clinging to the last lovely days of summer. Thus, after sorting through our handfuls of electric purples and candy apple reds that actually suited the temperature in Brooklyn, we found our respective--seasonally appropriate-- happy places.
